Mr. Schuck has over 35 years of diversified skills in leadership positions and is currently the President of USA for Mobi 724 Global Solutions, a fintech company. Prior to this appointment, Michael served as the company's Global CSO. Before joining Mobi, Mr Schuck founded Omnico Solutions in 2005, and served as the President and CEO for over 12 years. Prior to this role, Mr. Schuck spent over 15 years at MBNA, joining the company in 1990 as Vice President of Strategic Planning and has held key management positions throughout the company including Administration, Education, Quality Assurance, Regional Marketing, Direct Marketing, NFL Marketing, and International Business Expansion. He led the company’s launch into Property and Casualty Insurance Services and then served as Head of Sales for MBNA’s credit card business. In his last assignment as Director of Financial Institutions, Michael managed sales, marketing, and strategies for over 700 Banks, Credit Unions, and Mortgage companies.Mr. Schuck also spent 2 years as Assistant-to-the-Chairman, coordinated MBNA’s IPO in January 1991, and subsequently managed the company’s first Investor Relations function.Prior to joining MBNA, Mr. Schuck worked for Avon Products for eight years where he held various management positions in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Planning, Sales and Marketing. In 1987, he joined Investors Retirement and Management Corporation, an investment firm, as East Coast Director of Sales and Operations, and was promoted to Vice President of National Sales in 1989.Mr. Schuck holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Iona College, and has held numerous financial services licenses. He is active in many charitable and community organizations having served as a board member for the Wilmington Partnership, Junior Achievement, and YMCA organizations.
