After more than 7 years of public engagement in an international awareness-raising organisation , I am proud that I have contributed to raise awareness among society and develop a valuable network from various nationalities.I also had the opportunity to work under various awareness-raising programs and projects and even manage some mini-projects and collaborate with my teammates.Furthermore, In order to better interact with people and society, I had to learn it's culture, general behaviors and different personalities.During this rich experience, I had developed various skills like communication, emotional intelligence , Leadership, society study , project management etcAnd now after more than 2 years of professional experience in Production/Operational management and Sales , I seek to continue to gain professional experience and enhance my hard/technical and human/soft skills.First of all, I believe that my emotional intelligence as well as my communication skills will make me a very good collaborator and leader in my work.In addition, I have a decent technical background in manufacturing, production, operational and project management thanks to my experience at AMEC-EXPORT, one of the leaders in industrial equipment and maintenance service in Tunisia.During my first professional experience I had the privilege to supervise the production of several types of products: workstations, mechanical parts, special machines, conveyors, freight elevators, electrical cabinets...Also, I had the opportunity to participate in the development and management of several interesting projects in the field of electromechanics, mechatronics and mechanical welding such as: the feasibility study of a charging station for electric vehicles, study and design of a laser machine, design of a workstation for control of electronic cards etc.Furthermore, I had the chance to participate in the business and market study of a few innovative projects which our team successfully promoted it's business ideas and won prizes in several competitions and Hackhatons, we also got accepted by the incubator COSTART Sfax in 2021.Lately In my previous role as a Technical Sales Engineer,I had the opportunity to manage more than 110 Clients with an annual revenue target of more than 1.45 Billion TND.Finally, I possess a mindset of continuous growth where I always try to learn from my failures and grow as a person.
