A key member of a small team of senior business change experts. Played a critical role in shaping R&D’s new Automation Applied Research Area; developing the case for ML to BBC Executive Committee, outlining ambition for ML maturity in R&D and the wider BBC to secure ExCo support.

DPLT ratified a set of 8 decisions under which Uni Recs would operate. Shifted focus to ensuring operational cohesion, and steering the Programme Direction Group - working with leadership to unblock the specific issues and drive successful outcomes. This work is now key to the delivery of a digital first BBC.Project Origin Co-Lead: Project Origin is a major initiative to combat misinformation and disinformation through certifying the provenance of online media content. In collaboration with BBC colleagues, partners (CBC/Radio Canada, Microsoft, The New York Times), and other contributing publisher organisations, I co-led a critical work package to define Publisher technical requirements for a BBC-originated solution. Also led on comms pertinent to Origin and relevant industry advancements.

As Programme Manager for Disney's first digital entertainment subscription service, I launched DisneyLife in the UK market in November 2015. Design and execution of the programme plan across various functions; Content, Tech Development, Commercial Development, Finance, Acquisition, Retention & Loyalty, PR, Marketing and Social Media, UX Testing, Business Intelligence, Guest Services, Legal, Third Party suppliers and partners.

Responsible for all commercial product development within the B2B function including optimizing existing ad products, driving revenue growth through new innovative commercial development and managing company-wide driven revenue opportunities.

Responsible for managing the programme of networking initiatives to implement solutions that power the BlackBerry service infrastructure globally. A strategic player in supporting Global Networks projects across EMEA and APAC region, as well as working closely with colleagues in North America.

Leading multiple and varied projects on RIM technologies in accordance with Prince2 methodology, including hardware and software (new technology deployments and upgrades) and process related initiatives.
