Shifted focus to ensuring operational cohesion, and steering the Programme Direction Group - working with leadership to unblock the specific issues and drive successful outcomes. This work is now key to the delivery of a digital first BBC.Project Origin Co-Lead: Project Origin is a major initiative to combat misinformation and disinformation through certifying the provenance of online media content. In collaboration with BBC colleagues, partners (CBC/Radio Canada, Microsoft, The New York Times), and other contributing publisher organisations, I co-led a critical work package to define Publisher technical requirements for a BBC-originated solution. Also led on comms pertinent to Origin and relevant industry advancements.
