With active practices and long-time clients in two practice groups – Real Estate and Trusts & Estates -- I have worked closely with a good number of the firm’s 80-plus lawyers as we assist clients with a variety of legal issues. Farrell Fritz has sophisticated expertise in a number of areas in addition to Trusts and Estates and Real Estate – including Corporate, Tax, Labor and Employment, Environmental, Land Use & Zoning, Tax Certiorari, Health Care, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights, Distressed Assets, and also Commercial Litigation and Trusts and Estates Litigation.I have been admitted to practice in New York and in Florida for more than 30 years. I have an active Florida practice and have lectured at numerous Continuing Legal Education programs in both states on Estate Planning and Probate issues, as well as ethics issues. For more than 15 years, I have been an out-of-state representative on the Executive Council of The Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and am also a member of the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee.A lifelong Long Island resident who now lives in Manhattan, I am available to clients in our firm’s New York City office (41st Street and Lexington Avenue) as well as the main office in Uniondale on Long Island, and in Florida.
