Collections Coordinator
CurrentSince joining the small Collections Coordinator team, we have actively surpassed collections and overall revenue goals each quarter. 2021 Q2 & Q3 reported a delinquency drop of nearly 1.2% after increased collection efforts and the implementation of customer-focused programs aimed to realign delinquent customers with their target loan balances.My coordinator responsibility primarily focuses on digital communication with customers and sending payment/charge off reminders, settlement offers, and resolving escalated customer issues. I generated over $75,000 of the $270,000 totally collected by 8 coordinators over 2 quarters, personally representing over 3% of all collection effort from telephone agents, coordinators, managers, and field agents. I produce and review loan/RPC/conversion reports to assess trends and determine strategies to expand the number of customers reached. Alongside two other Coordinators, I identify customer accounts with severe delinquency and performed a deep skip trace search to connect with 3rd party contacts of the loan. Our skip tracing led to over 1,000 customer payments in 2021 Q2 & Q3.
