I am a molecular biologist with extensive research experience in cancer biology, particularly in cancer genomics and drug-induced DNA damage. After 7+ years of academic research, including work in international lab settings across Germany, Poland, and Norway, I transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry following the successful defense of my PhD at EMBL Heidelberg (in Jan Korbel's group). I currently work as a Scientist and Study Director at Minerva Imaging, a scientifically driven CRO specializing in radioligand therapies, advanced oncological models, and molecular imaging for translational cancer research and drug development.Technical expertise and soft skills:- Molecular biology (organoid and cell culture, cell line generation and validation, RNA and DNA techniques, including both bulk and single-cell methods, genome editing (CRISPR/Cas9, Cas12a), cytotoxicity assays, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry) (7+ years)- Single-cell RNA and DNA-seq analysis in R (3 years)- Creative data visualization and presentation (ggplot, Adobe Illustrator) (5+ years)- Science communication (poster presentations during international conferences, unit and institute seminars to a broad audience) (5+ years)- Management and problem-solving across 3+ different collaborative projects- Analytical and highly organized
