Lusio helps people learn, teach, and connect in new and meaningful ways through architecture and interior design. Our expertise goes deep in public and educational buildings and our goal is to promote new educational experiences that develop a skill set required for an uncertain future.For the better part of my architectural experience, I have been instrumental in nurturing our studio's growth. We've successfully completed over 40 projects, from intimate educational spaces to expansive educational complexes. These encompass facilities like kindergartens, schools, equipped with sports halls, STREAM centers, libraries, and cultural centers.Part of our mission is to spread the knowledge of how space design can radically influence teaching methodology. We give talks that inspire learning communities to enact change not just in their teaching environment but even in the way they perceive education.

launchlabs Sofia is a studio for business innovation and organizational transformation, that acts locally, regionally, and globally. Through its work, it aims to build innovation capabilities and grow the design mindset in larger organizations. As a design thinking coach, I delivered more than 40 workshops for NGOs and corporate clients such as Accenture. I also participated in numerous projects for companies to better understand their customer and employee experience. Two projects during my tenure at Launchlabs are particularly memorable:1. DICE (Developing Innovation and Creativity in Education) - I spearheaded the research, design, and training for the Visual Thinking Module tailored for educators.2. Innovation Dash 2018 in Anchorage, Alaska - I not only imparted facilitator’s training for design thinking but also played an integral role in this series. Addressing four unique challenges - Winter Tourism, Autonomous Logistics, Organic Material Collection, and Virtual Reality Training Software - our objective was to invigorate Alaska’s burgeoning startup community.

Bulgaria

Urbanviva is a studio based in Sofia that focuses on Investment projects and masterplans. When I joined the company, Urbanviva's projects included designing boutique residential interiors. During my time there, I worked on several interior designs and on the company's biggest endeavor, in collaboration with PlaceMake: A Masterplan for Sofia Tech Park - an ambitious collaborative project with numerous stakeholders. My role was primarily elaborating precise drawings and designing schemes that would enable people with different backgrounds from architecture or urban planning to understand specialized information and concepts. During my work here I also took part in a research workshop, organized by Sofia Municipality, PlaceMake and Gehl architects - Sofia: A City for People, which profoundly impacted me on the power of user reseach.

Archplay is an educational platform for improving architectural skills and knowledge. It creates a bridge between university and real practice. For two consecutive years, I mentored interdisciplinary teams of students on user research and designing together with the community for impactful and meaningful solutions in architecture and infrastructure.

Integra Consult Project is an architectural studio with a focus on public buildings. I collaborated on various projects, a significant one being our entry for the Varna Library competition.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

ZJA is an Amsterdam-based studio that specializes in Sports & Leisure and Transportation Architecture. I was primarily involved in the project development of Versluys Arena, in Oostende, Belgium, and prototyping an innovative interior for Skybox Arena - a habitable sculpture in Amsterdam Arena, Amsterdam. I also worked on several infrastructure and large-scale projects for bridges and dams.
