Support Infrastructure Including 2012 MS Windows Servers in a fully ESX / ESXi Visualized environment across several location within the US. Supporting the day to day support of AD, Office 365, VPN, WiFi, VPN, remote printing and scanning, backup and recovery, WDS Deployment, Imaging and desktop support both Physical and Virtual.

Providing services for Servers, Backup systems, Desktops, Laptops, CAT 5 and 6 Cabling, POS systems, Printers as well as a verity of I.T. related Hardware and Software support. On site calls on many types of hardware IBM HP Cisco NCR Dell and many others brands. I primarily provided troubleshooting, replacement, configuration and migration services. Microsoft Server 2008, VM Ware Esx 4.x & 5.x, Support services.

Supporting Windows servers 2003 & 2008, VM Ware ESX / ESXi with in a multi-location environment of 1000 plus physical server and 2300 Virtual servers. Supporting Windows 2003 – 2008 Servers. Supporting VM ESXi Servers.

Planed, Implemented and performed the production deployment of a new VM Ware Esx Server Farm 2.5.3 then re deployed the entire environment in VM Ware 3.x. Once end user acceptance testing was performed. The farm was brought into full production; this is a 90% Virtual environment hosting Microsoft Windows 2000 & 2003 Servers. As part of the Migration team I was involved in the development of the new Citrix PS 3.0 Farms as well as the implementation planning of the migration Schedule.
