Bearbeitung von kundenspezifischen Ausschreibungen im Bereich des Discount-Handels im Segment Sport-, Outdoor-, Sommer- und Freizeitprodukte. Produktentwicklungen und Realisierung von Produktinnovationen. Preisverhandlungen mit den Lieferanten als Bindeglied zwischen strategischer Planung und operativem Geschäft. Ausarbeitung und Bereitstellung von Produktspezifikationen. Kommunikation mit Lieferanten aus Fernost und Steuerung der Mustererstellung, Produktion bzw. Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.

Responsible for two departments: 1) summer and leisure items, games (e.g. all Kind of inflatables, sporting goods and games)2) outdoor items (camping, accessories and outdoor furniture)- Conception of the assortment and implementation of product ideas to create a salable item.- Product development, implementation of product innovations, handle product requests and customer specific requirements based on the product designs.- Suppliers acquisition during business trips to Far East or while exhibitions in Europe.- Communication with our suppliers from Far East, controlling the production and ensuring the quality standards in cooperation with our quality management department.- Price agreements with our sales management and price negotiations with our suppliers as a link between strategic planning and operative action. - Working out and providing logistical data sheets, calculations and product specifications to our logistics, import and sales department.- Development of packaging and sales concepts for launching a product.- Creating presentations, advertising and product videos and promotional catalogs in cooperation with our graphics department or external media agencies. - Organization of trade fair appearances and acquisition of all required materials for the booth, such as product samples, packaging presentations, sales displays, catalogs and flyers, give-aways, banners, posters, videos, etc.- Processing of licenses and implementation of license articles.
