I am one of two principal consultants responsible for both managing the consultancy and working directly with clients. I work mainly with startups and nonprofits on implementing tech solutions to resolve common pain points and on helping to create sustainable operations and financial infrastructure.

I currently teach in SUNY Empire State College's Master of Arts in Learning and Emerging Technology program. My current courses focus on the use of open source technologies in the arts and education.

The Crane Center is a human rights organization focused on bringing the best and brightest minds in mass atrocity prevention and Holocaust and genocide education together. We seek to build bridges between communities at-risk for mass violence and prevention practitioners who can best address the specific needs of each community.The Center also seeks to assist post-conflict communities. We work with those communities to create sites of memory and forums wherein the difficult discussions of past violence can take place safely. We firmly believe that the best way to prevent recurrent violence is to reckon with the past.I act as the chief manager of the organization focused on creating sustainable impact both within and without. I work closely with the Crane Center's Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and volunteers to create and enact strategic plans, financial plans, and specific programs. I am responsible for guiding the Crane Center's mission and for forging the highest-impact partnerships with like-minded organizations around the world.

I led the Foundation’s grant making and partnership efforts to scale donor impact and meet the needs of communities across Nevada. In partnership with the CEO, nonprofit leaders, and fund advisors and trustees, I helped identify which organizations best fit the wishes of donors and the mission of the Foundation.

I am responsible for researching and writing grant proposals to secure funding for organizations. My current duties include identifying potential funding sources, understanding the requirements of the organization, and crafting persuasive proposals that meet the needs of the funding agency. I work closely with the organization's core team to ensure that all necessary information is included in the proposal. My goal is to secure the necessary funds for the organization to help them achieve their mission.

I acted as a member of the organization's executive team. I oversaw the operations of SPEC including fundraising, contract management, finances, and assist in strategic planning. Additionally, I oversaw portions of the technical solutions implemented by the organizations including SPEC's Moodle LMS instance.

I work with small business and nonprofit leaders to help develop strategies, business plans, and industry-specific models to help create sustainable organizations. I advise on employment and contractor recruitment and development while also ensuring each employee is meeting their full potential through augmenting their work with appropriate tech solutions. I also help develop and assess budgets to cut waste and optimize every dollar spent.

I was the head of programming for the organization which includes managing the public-facing speaker series "Be the Change" and special events like Smithsonian Museum Day. I was also responsible for the museum's education initiatives including educator workshops and public education. I was the joint head of grantwriting at the museum and advised on artifact acquisition for the museum's archives and special collections.

I was the chief fundraising and research officer for the Center. I was responsible for designing the Center's fundraising strategy and in identifying relevant grants. I was responsible for drafting and issuing statements regarding human rights issues around the world and, in conjunction with the Executive Director, setting research priorities for the Center.

I managed the day-to-day operations of commercial and residential rentals with as many as 400 units in my portfolio at a given time. I created and implemented marketing and maintenance plans for each property. I also sourced and on-boarded new property management clients. For each unit I managed, I made a full accounting of cash flow which was reported to each owner on a monthly basis. I was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize tenant retention, profitability, and long-term sustainability for each property.

In cooperation with my supervising instructor, I assessed student performance in written coursework in US Military History including a broad survey of the US Military as well as courses focused on veterans' post-war experiences and the Civil War.I assisted students with comprehending course content through assignment feedback and in one-on-one sessions.

Acted as both a sales and marketing agent for the company. My main role was to generate new business for the company by making direct contact with businesses, working off of referrals from clients or brokers, marketing the business through networking and distribution of marketing materials.When working with clients, I evaluated their insurance benefit packages offered to employees and recommend changes to the offerings using Colonial Life products. I would then enroll the client's employees in the benefits and actively provide customer service to the client.Another significant aspect is assisting in the recruitment of new agents. In this capacity, I am often the first to evaluate resumes and interview prospective agents.
