2013 Rookie Season as High School JV Coach, 8-1 Record

Semester long student teaching intensive with Essex High School through the Teacher Apprenticeship Program. Co-taught Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance, Computer Applications, and Community Internship classes. Co-advised Environmental Club, Committee Member of VEEP's Whole School Energy Challenge, and driving member of the Life, College, Career Learning Community.

Developed a portfolio of potential and existing business of over 200 global accounts grossing $3 million in both 2010 and 2011. Focused on new business development, consultation, and support to provide clients with off-the-shelf and custom engineered small form factor computer systems to meet their specific needs. Collaborated with marketing team to generate new leads and facilitating development of Microsoft CRM for enhanced sales funnel management. Worked with new sales team members on accelerated training program. Contributed to annual company revenue growth of 20% with creation of outbound sales program now used by our TSA team that focuses on corporate customers converted through retail website.

Worked directly with beverage distribution customers, often on-site, implementing different pieces of our software suite including: warehouse management systems, voice directed warehouse picking and truck loading, iDIG sales analysis and objectives tracking, mobile presell application, mobile merchandising application, mobile GPS directed delivery application, account reconciliation, and retailer pricing and ordering. Configured, installed and trouble shot Symbol handheld computers, WANSs, LANs, IBM AS/400 servers, RFID readers, wireless & Bluetooth mobile printers.

Updated JSP pages and stored procedures for client web sites. Assisted in network infrastructure upgrades. Created and edit user documentation for Cognos ReportNet. Located and compiled documentation materials for company audit.

Operated personal painting business branch that grossed over $80,000 during the summer of 2005. Duties included: marketing, recruiting, hiring/firing, managing, payroll processing, and production. Oversaw all operations of the newly established Vermont division in 2006 with revenues exceeding $400,000. Contributed to the company’s fiscal growth of over 30% with personal sales exceeded $100,000 over two seasons. Acted as consultant to 4 branch managers on micro and macro level management. Analyzed sales and performance data via advanced Excel spreadsheets. Managed painting crew consisting of six employees.
