I was working as a product developer and technical support for Analyzify Shopify app. I was part of the product team that is responsible for maintaining and improving app features such as GTM, GA4, Google Ads and other tracking pixel integrations, and adding new features to the app. Additionally, I was responsible for supporting customer support team with clients' technical inquires such as troubleshooting tracking issues, GA4 reports building, adding custom events etc. I was also responsible for handling some of the support tickets. - I upgraded the app from Shopify assets api to Shopify theme app extensions. - I added FB CAPI tracking to the Web Pixel extension. - I developed checkout event tracking through custom pixels. - I managed integrations with Consent Managment Platforms.
