About Martijn Stellaard

As a Bachelor of International General Management I have a broad experience in the FMCG retail trade. In various roles I’ve always been the commercially connecting link between manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers and retailers. In doing so, I always had a strong preference for sustainable cooperation over the realization of an advantage for the short term. In a management position I create teams along my core values trust, team spirit, collaboration in a result-oriented way. My teams are solid with a good team spirit and have a big drive. By nature, I have a keen eye for business opportunities. I always see promising (new) business and growth opportunities. I see this at the operational level but also at the strategic tactical level. And on top of that I’m also able to utilize it. As a managing, result-oriented and connecting leader, it’s what suits me best.
