Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and packing supplies, work with Logistics Team to schedule and coordinate inventory allocations- Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure receiving and storage protocols are followed, create SOPs and train material handlers on conducting hard counts, receiving product, and picking and pulling goods for inventory transfers - Perform weekly warehouse inventory counts, work cross functionally with Procurement, Culinary, and R&D Teams to schedule receiving, track run rates, establish reorder points, and forecast OOS dates- Update and maintain the inventory database, ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Work with CPG accounts to monitor inventory levels at each location, ensure product is rotated and backstock inventory levels are acceptable.

Delivery Management: - Organize deliveries daily, to ensure efficient routing and timeliness- Create and implement systems to improve communication and product transport between three store fronts- Increase driver efficiency to allow Mission De Flores to rely less on third-part companies and handle more deliveries in-house - Work with designers and shop staff to resolve all customer facing issues including ETAs and special requests- Problem solve and find solutions to make sure all orders get where they need to be on time- Ensure every customer has a positive experience when ordering from Mission De Flores Account Management: - Generate weekly and monthly invoices for all wholesale accounts- Track outstanding balances in QuickBooks, communicate with wholesale accounts as needed to resolve any payment issues - Track sales at each wholesale account and adjust delivery schedule as needed, ensuring all partners are consistently stocked- Serve as the point of contact for all wholesale accounts, answer all questions about inventory, delivery schedule, preferred products, and billing to ensure all wholesale accounts have a positive experience working with Mission De Flores Operations Management:- Organize the transport of inventory and shop supplies between shops as needed, to reduce operational costs - Arrange the daily transport of wholesale flowers to their required shops. Ensure all flowers arrive in a timely manner, to maintain optimum flower quality - Track non-flower inventory at each store front, make sure all shops have the supplies they need- Make decisions based on efficiency, priority, and cost when decided between using third party carriers or MDF staff - Schedule maintenance on company vehicles
