Interaction with bank business-units and vendor (“Banking information systems” JSC), tasks management, support process improvement. Incident and problem management. Achievements: Successful data migration from RS-Bank CBS to IBS “BISquit” (Moscow, Sarov) and implementation in newly-opened regional branches of the bank (Sarov, Elista, Ivanovo, Kaliningrad). Migration to a multidivisional platform of IBS"Bisquit". Implementation of Service Desk (OTRS) and revision control system (Subversion). Designed and implemented informational and methodological specifications for software support and development processes. Successfully completed various IT projects associated with IBS “BISquit”: card processing migration (from MasterBank to UCS), financial reporting (OLAP), integration with external applications (DepoNet BackOffice, M-Kassa), etc.
