As a Program Manager at CTDI, a leading provider of engineering, repair, and logistics solutions for the communications industry, I oversee and improve the processes and systems that ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients, such as Verizon and other 3rd party suppliers. With over two decades of experience in supply chain operations and project management, I am passionate about creating value and innovation for CTDI and its clients.I have successfully led and completed projects related to IT systems, RFID integration, recycling programs, and process/product performance, while managing key performance indicators and contracts. I have also conducted monthly / quarterly process audits, improved 3rd party supplier processes through continuous improvement initiatives, and authored a new contract with Verizon’s 3rd party suppler. I have introduced operational best practices to ensure a quality product while reducing company spend, such as increasing automation and implementing leaner inventory. I am certified in social media and project management, and pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University.
