- Assisted with walking and light exercise, prepared meals, followed by clean-up, made bed and changed linens, as needed, light housekeeping, assisted with bathing, dressing and grooming, laundry, took out garbage, engaged in physical and mental exercises, provided medication reminders, escorted to religious services and events, engaged in activities (games, memory books), gave companionship, recorded daily care notes and reported any significant client changes.

R&R's BBQ is a small local restaurant. Due to its size I was able to help in all areas, such as, waiting on tables, restocking front and back, washing dishes, making plates, cleaning front and back and taking out trash. In addition to my usual duties, I opened and managed their social networking page, redesigned their menus, and took initiative to create and present seasonal dishes to generate higher revenue.

- Oversees and monitors the activities of the inmates in living areas, recreation activity areas, and visitation areas.- Coordinates and monitors inmate movements, conducts counts, and provides emergency response as needed. Conducts disciplinary reports on inmates and maintains daily logs.- Assigned to various posts such as, the control room, front and sally port entrance, health services, special housing, perimeter security, transportation, work details, reception, intake, and visits officer, etc., as required.- Conducts shakedown for contraband materials, either individually or as part of a specialized team. Confiscates contraband in accordance to facility policies and procedures.

- Managed store in absence of Store Manager; opened and closed store, authorized and signed for refunds and overrides, counted registers, and deposited money in bank. Helped ensure that merchandise fixtures properly included presentation, product pricing and signage.- Ordered drop-shipments and other areas of store as designated by Store Manager. Assisted Store Manager in employee training as directed. Reviewed statements to identify business trends (including sales, profitability, and turn), expense control opportunities, potential shrink, and errors.- Assisted store manager in financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures. Followed proper ordering practices to ensure the meeting or exceeding of in-stock targets; review ordering plan, seasonal direction and inventory management issues.- Helped maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork. Assisted in plan-o-gram setting and maintenance. Assisted with setting efficient staging, stocking and storage of merchandise, and unloading of trucks.

Processed customer payments, assisted with information on rates, plans, models and routed calls to the appropriate departments.- Provided customers with the organization’s service and product information.
