Developing and programming the safety devices for the mining industry: hosting machine data recorder, device to prevent the cage sticking, device for monitoring the dynamic loads of carriage movement. These devices are successfully running on many hoisting machines in Russia.Achievements:- Created the fail-safety software for data recorder based on embedded device working in real-time 24x7 mode without using any SCADA systems. It was built on .NET Compact Framework 2.0 and the system is still working on 100+ devices in various regions of Russia. - Developed a universal software to convenient analyzing and documenting of graphical information acquired from safety devices. It uses own graphs explorer component that displays graphs in fast-way, allows to process data and change graphs, customize their display, put markers, labels, measure time. There is ability to real-time data acquiring.- Finished project to monitor the dynamic loads of carriage movement. It acquires, displays and archives data over wireless channel from controller placed on carriage in mining shaft. There is smart algorithm to download missing data in case of not reliable connection.
