Current+Provide individual, partners, and family counseling to adults and their families using psychodynamic, narrative, and skills-based practices; specialize in serving minority sexuality communities and people experiencing chronic depression+Utilize person-centered approaches and create accessible clinical materials to honor the lived experiences of clients who are underserved in private practice settings or have experienced systemic oppression, especially around sexual identity+Supervise a team of pre-license clinicians in all aspects of their clinical work, including therapy, documentation, professional development, and business practices; mentor a team of licensed staff therapists in all aspects of private practice+Consult with and train clinicians in various settings, including private practice and community-based organizations, on best practices for working with suicidality, psychosis, consensual nonmonogamy, alternative sexuality, and identity development, emphasizing a strengths-based model to allow for effective interventions in therapeutic work+Assemble talented speakers with extensive experience to enhance opportunities for MA-level counseling students, post-doc clinical staff, and licensed professionals to hear about the lived experience of members of alternative sexuality populations+Administer all facets of the closely-held S-corporation, including filings, billing, bookkeeping, policies, and procedures
