I was privileged to work for this Public Sector organization under Health Department; where my role & achievements were:- Managed the IT Department of PHSRP central office.- Analyzed & designed an automated process of inspection and monitoring for more than threethousand health facilities across all the districts of Punjab province.- Conducted all the phases of Software Engineering for developing Management InformationSystems for Monitoring & Evaluation of health facilities.- Developed real-time Analytical & Statistical Reports for all tiers of management up to the level of Chief Minister office.- Successfully conducted surveys, staff training, and monitored the IT infrastructure of healthfacilities.

I joined Cybersoft as a Junior Software Engineer at the company's offshore software development facility in Lahore, Pakistan and promoted to the position of Team Lead during the last 2 years of employment. One of my major achievements was to enlist the company’s product called "qonTango" in “BIG 8” Mid-Range Collection Management & Debt Recovery systems. It is still considered to be the # 1 Commercial Collection Software.- Managed a couple of teams of software engineers; developing Collection Management & DebtRecovery solutions designed to cover commercial, retail & in-house debt collections.- Maintaining the overall quality, standards & customization process of the products.- Providing technical & other assistance to developers, business process engineers & end-users.- Release Management, Version Tacking, Live Client Support, managing online Installations &troubleshooting.
