- Rewrote a 23-year-old, multi-level sailing curriculum with advanced physics and fluid dynamics concepts to adapt it for modern times, leading to an overall increase in test averages and pass rates- Developed a new “rainy-day” curriculum comprised of lessons that integrated STEM principles, sailing-related topics, and hands-on activities- Taught groups of 2-25 students between ages 8-80 the foundations of sailing and water safety- Took swift action in emergencies on the water, maintaining a perfect safety record
