It Quality Control
Current- Conduct testing on newly developed software and features, document any encountered bugs or performance issues, and compile test results.- Detect, record, and prioritize software issues and defects.- Offer thorough details regarding the circumstances under which defects occur and possible resolutions.- Collaborate closely with development teams to share detailed bug reports.- Track bugs and update the team continuously until they are fixed.- Verify that new software aligns with functional requirements and adheres to interface specifications for successful implementation.- Provide test execution updates or summaries to the Quality Assurance lead.- Perform regression testing following bug resolutions.- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to confirm that the software meets their requirements and expectations. Gather user feedback and work with development teams to resolve any identified issues.- Conduct integration testing with both internal and external parties.- Offer support to other teams or users regarding new software features and functionalities.
