In my role as Principal Group Product Manager at Microsoft, I led a team to drive key OKRs for the Dataverse platform, resulting in significant growth and efficiency improvements. Achieving 80% YoY MAU growth, maintaining a 99.99% SLA, and ensuring >75% gross margin for Dynamics 365 applications were some of the key accomplishments during my tenure.

Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is Microsoft's flagship ERP in the cloud offering. We are focused on building on the basis and culture of digital feedback loop to drive a business-focused experience.As a platform program manager in Finance & Operations, I am responsible for legacy functionality and future innovation. Integrations with 1st party and 3rd party applications is my portfolio. Our goal is to make business users efficient in what they do and in the process make the overall business processes efficient. This is an interesting problem to solve because, business process seldom remain within the confines of a single organization and/or applications. As a solutions architect, I engage in implementation projects from pre-sales through go live giving me an opportunity to play varied roles all along the way. Driving and facilitating the right discussions to arrive at an optimal solution for a set of business requirements is core to what I do in such projects. Representing Microsoft provides me the unique view of the project and an opportunity to not only manage customer expectations but also, bring along the partner as one unified team. Being part of product development enables me to not only evangelize new product capabilities in projects which customers and partners perceive as a great value but also channel real world use cases back into the product team for future enhancements. Providing a voice of reason on project schedules based on experience in managing 15+ customer implementation projects at any given time is a key aspect of being a solutions architect.
