Products consist of fixed income financial packages created from in excess of 25,000 available individual financial instruments consisting of credit derivatives, US treasuries, mortgage-backed securities, foreign exchange, money markets, corporate bonds, energy, and agencies among many other broad categories.• Achieved global data connectivity and distribution by integrating disparate systems among ICAP satellite operations. Primary responsibilities included design, maintenance and enhancement of Unix, Windows NT and VMS software commercial products and network system administration duties for a group consisting of twenty-five users. Managed a team of four junior programmers. Responsible for a heterogeneous Unix/NT/VMS Ethernet LAN with 15 Unix systems of various manufacture, 25 Windows NT and Windows 95 PC’s, 1 VAX VMS system, 1 Alpha VMS system and 1 Alpha NT server. • Integrated software and hardware from numerous manufacturers and vendors into a cohesive cross platform operating environment.• Identified, fixed and implemented changes for over forty bugs reported through both internal testing and external use. • Designed, staffed and implemented internal product testing procedures which are both more comprehensive and take 50% less time than previous methods.• Provided sales support in both a pre and post sales manner. In two and a half years the department has become the most productive group in the company accounting for over 60% of new sales revenue ($20 million) in 1996.

Overseas Flight Testing - Project Engineering Manager: Supervised 10 million dollar mechanical integration of the Multimode Radar System (MMRS) into the Israeli F-4 Phantom aircraft. On site liaison to the Israeli Air Force and consultant in contract negotiations among both Israeli and US vendors and subcontractors. Directed staff in assembly, installation, maintenance and performance of the radar as well as weight and balance data, form factor, electric cabling, cooling, accelerometer, strain gage, thermocouple, and telemetry instrumentation. Exceeded schedule and budget requirements by streamlining the efforts among Mechanical Design and other departments. Flight Test Engineer: Coordinated the modifications of a GII Gulfstream aircraft into a flight test bed for Norden's Multimode Radar System and the subsequent integration of the radar into the aircraft. Reviewed and approved all structural modifications to the aircraft. Went on site to various sub contractors to oversee the aircraft modifications. As a direct result of this effort, I earned the 1987 Norden Systems Special Award for Excellence. Designed the internal test equipment suites including all cooling and power requirements. Participated in test flights, monitoring the structural and thermal performance of both the radar and the test equipment carried on board the GII.
