Job Summary: To lead the Accounting Unit ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all accounts processing, closing and generation of financial statements as well as continuous development of processes and procedures in alignment with the department and the company’s objectives. Using automated (LIRIS & SIRIS ERP) and manual accounting system to:•Preparing Annual Budget and forecasting trends according to strategic plans. •Updating accounting systems compliance with Egyptian GAAP and regulations. •Formulating internal control systems (quantitative and qualitative).•Performance evaluation and Developing KPIs.•Financial Statements Preparation for internal use (Excel- Accounting Software). •Developing reports for top management summarizing the business•Financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.•Getting control accounts reconciled and sorting out the discrepancies. Accounts such (Contribution Receivable, Commission, Claims, provisions and Bank Accounts).•Report and analyse the Company’s Financial Statements according to the International Accounting Standards.•Modify the Budget and the Business Planning Dialogue for the Company.•Analyse and modify the Expenses Budget for the Company.•Coordinate with the internal, external auditors, and Finance Managers to ensure that the fiscal year-end as well as calendar year-end audits are timely and accurate.•Revisit the Chart of Accounts for Group reporting and participate in initiatives aiming at developing and enhancing the quality of reports generation in the unit•Coordinate with the IT department in implementing new programs and systems.•Assist in coaching and Appraising the performance of subordinates and provide performance feedback.•Monitor the training needs for subordinates and ensure the update of their skills in order to support the implementation of their responsibilities.

Using automated (PentaSoft ERP) and manual accounting system to:• Closing & preparing financial statements (P&L, BS & Cash Flow) for the head office in Bahrain on monthly basis. Compared with the budget.• Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and make or direct correcting entries.• Preparing governmental reports (for EFSA) on quarterly basis.• Plan, organize, review, and evaluate the work of assigned professional and technical support staff in 2 Branches (4 Coordinators) & Head office (4 Junior).• Recommend selection of the accounting team, training on the procedures, recommend development as required.• Assist the Financial Manager with preparation and consolidation of the annual budget.• Flow up investments & revaluate.• Ensure the administrative organization and the operating framework.• Direct contact & coordinate with our key accounts:El-Swede Group- Dina Farm - National Bank of Development (NBD).
