I have 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing, and I'm proficient in a variety of testing tools and technologies.I'm currently a QA Engineer at the United Nations, ESCAP, where I oversee testing processes, develop and execute test cases and test plans, identify and report defects and issues, collaborate with other team members, and communicate and document test results and findings to stakeholders.In my previous role at Noom.inc, I supported multiple product teams to improve the quality of products used by hundreds of coaches and hundreds of thousands of users every day. I wrote over 1000 test cases and numerous test plans of more than 50+ features and product innovations. I executed extensive test suites including feature, regression, and smoke testing, as well as sanity checks and exploratory testing to optimize user experience across multiple browsers and platforms. I documented, triaged, and managed defects in JIRA and worked with developers to facilitate timely resolutions using best practices of Bug life cycle. I onboarded new QA Engineers into teams.
