Feeling what the customer feels and speaks the truth to the business. I try my best to address roadblocks and red flags from the customer's POV to the business, to give them the service and experience as I wish to receive myself.Even though I've worked in a wide assortment of business fields, ranging from automotive to finance, there's always one thing that I always keep my attention to: Knowing what it feels like to be our customer and mastering our company's product knowledge. Because in the end, we are all customers and we all want to be treated as best as we can. My current role pushes me to become very analytical and structured, while retaining a sense of creativity in its execution. I do enjoy speaking to the customers and investigate issues that are happening to them, in order to help them overcome their troubles and bring back the smile on their faces.
