MAGENTA BUMN Program• Optimization of Employee Management: Implementing employee placement, rotation, and promotion programs, as well as designing RMJ, FPT, and SKMJ to accelerate the transfer process and enhance managerial efficiency.• Data Management and Organizational Structure: Managing and updating employee data (EMD) and information in Oracle systems to ensure data accuracy, which supports more informed decision-making. Visualizing organizational structures based on treatment makes it easier for employees to understand positions and career paths.• Preparation of Analytical Reports: Compiling reports on demographics and employee occupancy in work units and subsidiaries to provide strategic insights for management, support better human resource planning, and optimize HR development according to organizational needs.

MSIB Kampus Merdeka Program• SMK-PK Matching Program: Led and managed the team to achieve the objectives of the SMK-PK Matching project. Conducted routine monitoring of team performance, oversaw the progress of 663 participants in the program, and identified areas for improvement.• Jakarta Coworking Space: Led and managed the team to accomplish the goals of the Jakarta Coworking Space project. Planned the rental of space for the facility, created an initial overview of the location, pricing, and available amenities, and developed standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Bisa Kitchen: Led the team in developing, implementing, and managing the operations of Bisa Kitchen. Created standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervised all operational aspects, including production, procurement, distribution, marketing, and quality management.

MSIB Kampus Merdeka Program• Leadership and Team Management: Led and managed a team of 6 (East Java Region) consisting of 20 members in the Pentahelix Network project in Indonesia to achieve goals and key results.• Planning and Strategy Analysis: Developed strategic plans, including SWOT analysis, Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, and marketing strategies for the Creativelix project. Collaborated with 20 members across 4 divisions: Business Analysis, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Platform Development.• Execution of the East Java Creative Economy Project: Designed and implemented the "East Java Creative Economy" project in collaboration with Telkom Region 6, engaging over 50 UMKM in East Java.
