I oversaw project management process for the entire agency. I worked with subject matter experts to create project plans that support clients SEO, Design, Development, Social Media and general marketing needs. I was responsible for creating event sponsorship packages and selling display, native and daily newsletter advertising for Billy Penn. During my time there I expanded the Who's Next series of networking happy hours and took them out of the offices and into the city. I created new strategic partnerships with a local brewery and distillery to provide unique beverage offerings to our attendees and allow our partners to promote their products. I developed a new product offering with the editorial team - giving businesses the ability to create sponsored email content in conjunction with Billy Penn. Additional responsibilities included supporting the Billy Penn 2017 Bash, event management for other local partnerships including Philly Loves Beer, and managing and reporting on a full sales pipeline.

I started with Global Sales as their Communications Manager and was tasked with creating a communications plan to keep all stakeholders (business unit and corporate) informed of the work the team was producing, results and interdependencies. My work expanded during my time there to include project management. I was a key member of the Salesforce.com implementation team as well as managed a project to standardize Client Business Reviews across the company. I supported the Business Resource Center team as they transitioned to a single location from a co-located operation. Through that project the team was able to promote several members into leadership roles and their employee engagement scores improved 20 points from the previous survey cycle. I was trained in Challenger Selling, Challenger Teaching Messaging, Miller Hieman Strategic Selling and LAMP and an Aramark specific process for winning or retaining the largest and most strategic accounts. I started my career with the PHLCVB as a Sales Coordinator supporting sales directors who sold Philadelphia as a site for conventions and meetings. In this role I learned account management, research and prospecting skills and how to keep a CRM system updated. I planned events for clients and coordinated their site visits and promotional materials. I helped manage tradeshows from coordination of booth displays to creating post show reports and analyzing ROI. I collaborated with Marketing and Communications to launch the Simpleview online bid book generator and served as a member of the cross functional internal marketing team. I managed vendors and oversaw purchasing of branded promotional items with a budget of over $20,000 annually.
