• Founded a charitable foundation with 100% of proceeds going towards St. Jude Children’s Hospital.• Tripled our participation within 3 years to over 250+ people annually and increased donations to over $30,000+.• Provided customer service directly to donors and participants. Achieved "Chapter of the Year", "Best New Philanthropy", "Highest GPA", "Highest Chapter Assessment Program" score out of over 40 chapters that included approximately 2,500 students. Improved our Chapter Assessment Program (CAP) Score from 11th to 1st, out of 15 IFC chapters. Managed an organization that included over 90 people with 10+ committees. Planned and organized events that funded in excess of $1,000 for philanthropy initiatives and led to over 500 hours of community service. Oversaw and grew a budget of over $45,000 throughout each semester. Developed and implemented a 1 year and 5 year strategic business plan. Maintained yearly budgets and planned for future goals. Elected onto our Executive Board by demonstrating excellent leadership, management and motivational skills. Served as the liaison between our potential new members, the Fraternity and the University of Delaware. Became an integral part of the overall success of Delta Tau Delta throughout my tenure on the Executive Board.
