Information Technology Operations Manager
Current• Serve as local POC pertaining to IT Services and Infrastructure escalations • Oversee onboarding/off-boarding of staff • Worked with various groups in IT&S and Real Estate to obtain, review, and process quotes for goods and services; an processes invoices for purchased items • Participate in the Portfolio Planning Process for IT Operations • Manage the day‐to‐day activities of the EPC including all IT activities.• Ensure effective and efficient operation of network systems, architecture and topology through deployment and oversight of network operations specialists. Insure all operating systems are adequate, functional, and conform to operation security policies and procedures.• Assist with the development and application of business processes to ensure appropriate service levels.• Develop and implements standards, procedures, and processes for the IT department.• Participate in strategic network planning, steady state operations planning, and development of contingency operation plans.• Plan and support injection of new technologies and implementation of technology refresh.• Prepare recommendations based on monitoring results, tools analyses, and forensics.• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding network equipment, maintenance, and monitoring.• Develop and maintain system architecture and operational documentation.
