From home grown to Oracle, to Big Commerce, to Shopify+ I have written the RFP, hired the implementation partner, managed the process, built the ecom team and launched the platform on time and within budget in each instance. * Revenue generation- Whether it is building ecom sales from $0 to $30M in 3 years or increasing existing sales to new levels I find ways to optimize and ignite online sales. * Team building - I have built world-class teams and managed them to perform beyond all expectations. I have the uncanny ability to find great talent in unusual places, incorporate their abilities into my teams' skill set and create loyalty in my team members. * Media planning and buying - I build media plans and negotiate the best rates. I optimize campaigns and find the best mix between frequency and placement. Multi-variate testing is part of the "Targett Method" and it has proven to be successful in each of my engagements.* Brand building - I have built new brands, rebuilt 100+ year old brands and reinvigorated lagging brands that drive meaning and value in both B2B and D2C environments.
