* I facilitated the alignment of a portfolio of ~18 projects per year across infrastructure, finance, operations, sales, and information security.* Utilizing Clarity PPM (Program Project Management and Atlassian Jira/Confluence, I shaped the project life cycle direction, standards, and best practices.* I designed and implemented the IT department’s risk management strategy by enhancing the identification, assessment, and mitigation processes that yielded a reduction in 20 critical threats and vulnerabilities in the first two years across infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity. * I collaborated implemented a framework for assess, analysis and action on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across service delivery, application development, DevOps, and cybersecurity resulting in a reduction of 15% YoY in major incidents.* As the project manager, I successfully completed three of most substantial IT initiatives for the company: 1. Replaced & upgraded of all major infrastructure systems at 184k sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Ohio. Kept the eight member project team on a six month WBS project schedule culminating in a cutover during July 4th that resulted in zero downtime or operational loss. Delivered on a $1M project budget that included hardware and internal & external labor. 2. In less than a year, implemented Salesforce.com for 500 users to a 95% adoption rate across surgeon profile, surgeon journey, opportunity, sales plan and contract pricing components. Utilizing a hybrid agile approach, managed to a ~300 line project schedule built from epics and stories in a Kanban board. 3. At our International Distribution Center (IDC) in the Netherlands, migrated to the global corporate SAP ERP system. A year and half, $7M project with a ~550 line project schedule. Delivered on the scheduled cutover date with zero impact or major outages in other global operations.

This comprised of a new service portal, change, problem, knowledge, & incident management as well as a service catalog consisting of 105 service items* I oversaw the recruitment, talent development, motivation, & performance management across a team of up to eight direct reports & ten consultants, encompassing various disciplines of project management, architecture, development, & operational support.* Cultivating a culture of excellence & achievement, I oversaw a yearly $6M project & operational budget.* I envisioned & executed the rollout of a global IT Digital Strategy Center of Excellence, integrating a delivery process with disciplined agile governance practices that merged project management & operation processes.* I operationalized the Application Lifecycle Management methodology by seamlessly integrating disciplined agile governance practices with application support operations, establishing a foundation for measuring performance & enhancing customer satisfaction. * I applied Scrum best practices using Atlassian Jira/Confluence, effecting a transformative shift for the global team resulting in delivery of high-quality products on a consistent cadence that aligned with the business objectives.
