To found School King I had to dive deep into 4.0 Education, Pedagogic Gamification and Edutainment Industry. I Managed and operated also, from scratch, all the sectors every business needs to raise capital and go to market. From Software development, game design and Customer Success to Marketing, Sales and administration management, such as HR, financial and Law. I also had to design a new model of team, project and process management that consists in Hybrid PMBOK and Agile. I'm very proud of the results we got as a lean team using this method daya fter day. Now the app has up to 6.000 users and is one of the best 4.0 Education tools a School can find in world market.

I am in charge of every new software project and management. I lead every job or internship interview and I am asked for strategic suggestions in every new project the company decides to start. I do often start some research, even if out of my sector, when I realize the need, in order to prepare training sessions, to add knowledge and to incorporate new strategies that the team could be using for the company's growth and customer satisfaction .
