Provides guidance in bridging the gap across sales team members, product support engineers, and research and development engineering team members in order to identify, develop, and capture opportunities while establishing industry partnerships.

Provider of Strategic Management Services (SMS) to the NOAA OCIO and multiple NOAA Line and Staff Offices under the NOAALink Program, the bureau’s enterprise 10-year, $2.5B IT modernization initiative. Supported the strategic and operational needs of diverse customer groups with wide-ranging missions and requirements, including: IT program and project management, enterprise architecture (EA), data management, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), IT Acquisitions, cyber security, and decision support services. Ambit applies and tailors PMBOK©, ITIL v3, CMMI, TOGAF, and other best practices to support NOAA, CIO, Line Office Associate CIOs (ACIOs), and IT Program Managers, to increase efficiency across NOAA’s diverse IT portfolio, and to establish unity of effort through a “One NOAA” approach.
