• Perform daily operations and functions of Hospital Communications Call Center for MUSC's Medical Center staff, constituents and customers to provide a comprehensive, seamless and quality communications service and to generate revenues to support the expense of the Call Center's operations.• Receive, dispatch and direct inbound calls and pages in accordance with Call Center protocols, policies, scripts and customer service standards.• Ensure provision of comprehensive, seamless and quality emergency communication and services.• Coordinate and implement the issuing and maintenance of pagers.• Actively participate in ongoing departmental training and coaching to maintain service standards and skills.• Adhere to performance and behavioral standards in accordance with MUSC Excellence.• Support opportunities for process/service improvement and ensure quality service delivery.
