One of the most transformative experiences of my life was getting involved with MEJ (Junior Enterprise Movement). After drafting a business plan, I looked for other motivated students to create a junior mechanical engineering company.As President Director, I was responsible for structuring and regularizing the company, monitoring and directing the sectors activity, internal (university) and external (customers) relations, consulting, team training, development and management of projects.In this way I was able to develop my management and leadership skills; taking the company from scratch to regulation and operation, with a team of approximately 20 engineering students trained and able to exercise consultancy.

In addition to concepts about corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, I helped other students to understand issues related to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, Asset Management and Reliability Engineering, always emphasizing the importance of Industry 4.0 for maintenance, simplifying processes and improving business productivity.I also developed and taught practical classes in laboratory, teaching how to perform oil viscosity analysis, non-destructive tests (penetrating liquid and magnetic particles), as well as assembling and disassembling bearings using various tools and machines.
