As a certified trainer my duties were to be compliant with KASADA (know all, see all, do all) in the tasks both front and back of restaurant as well as guide newer hires with the process. Interacting with customers was my specialization and I did so in a cheerful upbeat manner. As such, there was rarely a customer in which I could not at least brighten their day a little while providing the upmost in customer service.
