I believe we all have something to learn. We can always grow, learn, deepen, and sharpen ourselves. I am currently serving and growing as a Worship Leader and Communications Director at First Church (First UMC North Platte) along with developing my pastoral care and preaching abilities. My wife and I have a three children and we love serving the local church. My personal calling comes down to one thing - to help move the Church into the 21st century.While I bring many gifts, talents, and abilities to my profession I believe the Clifton Strengths model helps demonstrate what I bring to the team wether in a leadership role or as a member.
