The team is passionate, people-centric and dedicated to upholding the human rights of those they support.As Head of Sales, I provided leadership to the talented engagement and business development team. We worked together to make sure CareChoice was well-connected in the communities in which they worked.

Ability Action Australia is a leading provider of NDIS allied health services. AAA is young, energetic and driven to get the best outcomes possible for the people they support.As part of the senior leadership team, my role worked to ensure AAA was well-connected in the community, so that participants and partners knew who we were, what we did and why they should partner with us. Specifically, I built the inaugural business development function from scratch - including national team recruitment, systems and processes. This work created the largest NDIS allied health referral pipeline in Australia.My role also involved leading engagement with the NDIA and running key strategic projects, including responding to the PACE rollout and pre-emptive planning around the 2023 NDIS review.

Worked with Scope's core service delivery teams on strategic projects - opportunities to expand, acquire more customers and better meet the needs of our community. Led successful growth projects across therapy, individualised support, day and lifestyle programs and housing.

Led the business development effort for a key therapy design project. Work included market research, network development, partnership activities and direct business development. This work directly supported the establishment of a number of new therapy facilities, improving allied health access for NDIS participants across metropolitan Melbourne.

Foresters Financial is leading provider of investment and insurance products - funeral bonds, savings bonds and death and distress benefit funds. As National Sales Manager, I successfully grew funds under management, by supporting industry clients get the most from Foresters products and services.
