I am an international education coach specializing in ensuring that all learners have the opportunity to rise to their potential. Working in multilingual education for over 20 years as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and district administrator, I have a wide perspective of education needs and opportunities. My experience includes teaching multilingual learners in private and public schools in the US and abroad with students ranging from pre-K to adult. My passion is working to cultivate confidence and expertise in teachers. I currently design and provide professional development to educators and community groups worldwide. My professional development work with teachers includes such topics as curriculum design, growth mindset, emotional intelligence, making content engaging, and creating successful classrooms for multilingual learners. My most recent work includes Culturally Responsive Social Emotional Learning for teachers in Guatemala and Peru and Using WIDA Tools for Progress Monitoring in ELD in Massachusetts.
