The Director of Engineering is a motivated leader reporting directly to the CTO. The core of the role involves running daily software engineering operations and managing a team of engineers across a broad spectrum of languages on full-stack web and mobile platforms. Further responsibilities include collaboration with product, design, customer-support teams, project management, infrastructure, architecture design, and implementation of critical product features. Other aspects of the position comprise vendor management, hiring within engineering, annual internships, and mentorship of staff.

Technical Lead ensures all projects are created using best practices and established architectural approaches to build best in class real-world applications, and empower the technical team members to excel in their roles on a particular project. Be the "owner of technical quality," to ensure delivery of a high-quality product to clients. The role is accountable for implementation, technical approach, architectural patterns, coding standards, code review, DevOps tools/processes, client communication, documenting technical processes, and researching new technologies.

Mobile Team Lead is a self-driven and motivated leader. Responsible for supervising, overseeing, mentoring, and managing all of the organization’s mobile team members, iOS and Android applications, peer review, code reviews, and architecture. Other functions include project/feature planning with product owners, delegation of tasks to team members, and day-to-day teams' operation and performance. Collaborating with C-suite executives or Board of Directors to set clear expectations of deliverables and project roadmaps.

Senior iOS Engineer is responsible for the organization’s suite of iOS applications in the Apple App Store. Primary responsibilities include implementation, delivery of product features, and maintaining a high quality consumer experience. Other functions include coordinating with teams such as product development, server-side engineering, electrical engineering, third-party vendors/partners, and quality-assurance.

Senior Developer leads, is results driven, and contributes to the development effort of a client organization’s technical solution. Primarily responsible for the development of the overall vision that underlies the projected design vision and transforming that vision through execution into the final delivery. Other responsibilities include estimation, implementation, and delivery of excellent, maintainable and well-documented projects. Ensuring proper quality assurance practices for every solution . Acting as an architect, visionary, evangelist, and strategist for development and technology. Also authorship opportunities in trade publications, and speaking at conferences where experience applies.

Senior Software Engineer works with project teams to specify, design, build, and test applications. Lead teams of 2-4 developers on some complex projects. Specific experience with ASP.NET applications in C#. In addition, familiarity with designing and implementing databases in relational database management systems such as MS SQL Server and MySQL.
