    - Define the overall technology vision and roadmap for Virtual Production projects, includes identifying cutting-edge technologies (Real-time Rendering Engines, Virtual Cameras, Mocap) and how they can be integrated into the production workflow.- Research, evaluate, and select the appropriate hardware, software, and server-based solutions needed for Virtual Production. This involves working closely with Virtual Art Departments to understand their specific needs.- Establish best practices and protocols for utilizing virtual production tools and technologies efficiently. This ensures a smooth workflow and avoids technical glitches during production.- Lead and oversee a team of Technical and R&D specialists, such as UE Programming & Rendering Technicians, UE Developers, VP LED Technicians.- Communicate the capabilities and limitations of Virtual Production technologies to all stakeholders involved in the project. This might involve training sessions to ensure everyone understands how to leverage these tools effectively.- Create ourself motion capture only using GoPros with Machine Learning method, it has a realtime preview, also able to record multi-person up to 8 person. We provide the output like body, hand and facial expression. We know that so hard to detect hand and face when the actor are far away from the camera, but we believe our motion capture has a great result for hand and face detection, also very high accuracy at the body detection. We also giving smooth process to decrease jitter and remove twist.

    - Controlling the whole Virtual Production system and make sure VP running without any issues- Controlling all assets and make sure they are running with better performance (fps) and locking them to avoid fps dropped.- Create UE Blueprint System for Tracking Camera Position, Lens Focus and Lighting Position.
