I passed the 29th Batch of Certified Human Resource Associate Assessment, which is a comprehensive evaluation of the fundamental knowledge required of a human resource practitioner. As someone who has a strong interest in HR and a desire to succeed in the field, I am thrilled to have achieved this certification.Additionally, I worked as a People and Engagement Intern at Support Shepherd, where I am gaining practical experience in applying the knowledge, I learned during the certification process. As an intern, I have the opportunity to participate in a variety of HR-related tasks, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent development. I have also been involved in some exciting initiatives such as planning employee engagement events and developing internal communication strategies.Prior to my current role, I worked as a Clerical Support for over two years, where I honed my skills in clerical duties, document handling, general corporate services, and billing document validation. During my tenure, I was responsible for handling a high volume of documents, ensuring accuracy, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.In terms of my educational background, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Development Management from Southern Luzon State University. Throughout my studies, I gained knowledge in various areas such as HR planning, employee training and development, and labor relations.Overall, I believe that my education and experience make me a strong candidate for any future roles in human resources. I am passionate about the field and look forward to continuing to develop my skills and knowledge in this area.
