Maintain a perpetual inventory for finished goods and reconcile this perpetual to production, shipping, and returns on a daily basis. Attend daily plant production meetings. Perform daily walkthroughs of the plant with the General Manager to discuss production and costing issues.Review labor reporting and cost, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution cost, returns and inventory levels. Analyze potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly. Reconcile all inter-company accounts monthly. Attend global department and corporate meetings. Work independently and report to the country Chief Financial Officer. Manage the financial aspects of the Turkey business. Review, evaluate and implement accounting policies and procedures. Perform complex analysis and develops relevant accounting related reports. Develops an operating budget and forecast. Structure IFRS depreciation book. Monthly preparation of IFRS financial statements and related reports including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, 5 year budgets and variance analysis. Communicate timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress to senior leadership. Collaborate with key partners and cross-functional teams to improve business results where opportunities have been identified. Coordinate audit programs with internals from Denmark HQ and externals from Deloitte.
