Research anddevelopment of different mycelium species. Production of sterilized substrate andlignicolours mushrooms (whole production cycle from mother culture to specialtymushroom).Responsible for the exchange with FAAS (Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences)with stays in China (2 months) for learning exotic fungi production.Management of the “Fungi Bank” project supported by the ADER.
