In April of 2019 I was promoted and later led a team of 2-4 consultants and data management consultants. I lead weekly team and 1:1 meetings while prioritizing workload and priorities on various projects. I coached team on process and documentation improvements while creating a high standard of work and building important business relationships with our stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

I joined the enterprise data quality team (eDQM) to work on the Commercial Lending domain and then later moved to work on Traded Products and Assets for Sale Data domain. I worked primarily on controls for data at rest, but also helped in the initial implementation of data movement controls for data feeding the enterprise data lake.

Supported the Information Management team in data quality efforts including creating a Master Data Services Reference repository, defect remediation, and establish a data dictionary for consistency across domains. I was also part of the process to build a business case for Master Data Management.
