At FortBrasil, I work as a Tech Lead in the Financial Automation and Internal Processes squads, which aim to develop and support the internal system that covers the company's backoffice. It's part of my daily routine to guide the devs, validating the project's technology structures, giving direction to where and how we should go, especially with the juniors. At FiftyOne I have a technical leadership role. The team has people distributed in support, deployment and development. The company's focus is commercialization of systems for personnel department and ERP. As a developer, I estimate hours for the development of a demand, customization of rules, reports and web services using the system manufacturer's own language. For database, we use a lot of MSSQL and Oracle. In web development to integrate with other systems, most of it was done in PHP

Initially, I only worked as a developer working on the maintenance of an ERP system made in clipper. In mid-2000 I started the migration of this ERP to the web. At the time I opted for development in ASP, Javascript with MySQL. This ERP is focused on industry and covers all areas, from supplies to controllership through the factory floor. I worked on the evolution of this system, including promoting integration with others, mainly through web services. The evolution of this followed with new developments according to the technologies that would emerge. Another point worth mentioning is the intense interaction with different people.
