As an experienced healthcare leader with a background spanning both clinical practice and executive management, I have spent the past decade building and growing successful practices in dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. My career began as an Advanced Practice Provider in Interventional Cardiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where I developed a deep understanding of patient care and the intricacies of specialized medical services.After completing a comprehensive two-year Mohs surgical training program, I transitioned into dermatology, joining a large dermatology group in the Greater Boston area. Four years later, I founded my own dermatology practice within Middleton Family Medicine, which has since grown significantly, expanding to six dermatology providers and servicing over 20,000 patient visits annually. In 2020 I founded a cosmetic dermatology practice with my partners to provided advanced cosmetic procedures to our expanding patient base.In early 2025, I took on the role of CEO at Middleton Family Medicine, where I now lead an exceptional executive and medical team. The practice has grown to serve over 35,000 patients and handle more than 100,000 patient visits per year.
