- Tutor Grade 11 & 12 learners. - Main tasks include writing notes , compiling exercises from past papers, providing handwritten solutions, hosting weekly online tutoring sessions.

One of the major issues faced by most learners from under resourced communities in South Africa : they have no access to private tutoring, their parents do not afford private tutors. Sadly this leads to low matric pass rates in core subjects such as Mathematics and Science , few learners from low income areas pursuing STEM degrees at tertiary!This is what inspired me to start DMP which tutors learners for free!-2019 : We had our first winter classes for 105 Grade 11 learners from community in KZN.However in 2020 the enemy of gatherings😭 "COVID-19" said no to physical classes! I witnessed many activities moving to online but this was hard for DMP because learners from rural areas have no access to platforms such as Zoom & MsTeams. Data is the real problem.I had to think of an easy accessible , cheap and data friendly online platform form for tutoring. Well, WhatsApp met my requirements.It is popular in rural are almost every learner with a simple smartphone has WhatsApp!In April 2020 we then launched WhatsApp tutorials called "Quarantine E-learning" ):To date we have tutored over 500 Grade 11 & 12 learners from 7 different provinces across South Africa for free via WhatsApp. This enabled a small community based NPO to scale and reach pupils from all over South Africa who needs help, thanks to COVID-19):In July 2021, we were able to host the world's first WhatsApp Career Expo ): Learners from low income areas are still ill- informed about many different career opportunities available & skills that are in demand.Learners rushing to courses that are not in demand increases unemployment.I am confident that DMP will grow & asssist more leaners in SA, through God who makes it all possible!I appeal to individuals , Government & corporates to support DMP, as I strongly believe that we can do more on WhatsApp to empower learners from low income areas with education. Education remains the only hope to escape poverty for most families in SA.

- Reading worldwide different marketing articles from an e-library of 2500 articles.-Categorizing each article to its relevant School of Thought folder such as Marketing, Advertising, Creativity, B2B, B2C, Public relations etc.- Used the Raindrop Software for adding tags to articles so that users can easily find them when researching.- These articles are to be used by South African and International marketing strategists & researchers.- Read, categorized and tagged over 500 articles.

- Doing a research on the South African consumers' behaviour.- My focus was on the Langauge & Demographics landscape. Basically understanding how the langauge and demographics landscapes affect the consumer's behaviour and how can businesses use these insights in their marketing strategy to genetate more revenue.- Presented the findings using Power point for easy access & readibility. -Findings to be used by South African & International business in their marketing strategies targeted to SA consumers.

Main tasks included :- Control scripts received by the Marking Centre- Sorting Grade 12 learners’ scripts according to their respective districts.- Checking for possible marking errors in scripts after marking (Checked over 1200 exam scripts)- Checking that the marks are captured correctly on the mark sheet for accuracy.- Refering any errors to the Deputy Chief Markers for correction.-Signing marksheets after the markers have signed.-Handling general admnistration matters.
